We are excited to announce a series of new and improved features designed to enhance your experience in managing school requests, schedules, onboarding, and communication. These updates will empower you to efficiently handle data, improve decision-making, and streamline your workflows. Here’s what’s new:

Column-Level Filtering and Sorting on School Requests and Schedules and Onboarding Screens

You now have the ability to apply column-level filtering and sorting, enabling you to manage and analyze your data more efficiently. With this new feature, you can easily organize and find specific information, helping you make informed decisions quickly.

1. School Requests Screen:Navigate to the School Requests screen by clicking on the from the left navigation menu.
   • Sorting: Sort your requests by applying sorting on the Requested Date and Approved Info (shows the number of approved slots) columns, allowing you to prioritize your tasks more effectively.
2. Schedules and Onboarding Screen:Navigate to the School Requests screen by clicking on the from the left navigation menu.
   • Filters: Filter your schedules by Status, making it easier to focus on relevant schedules.
   • Sorting: Sort by Student Details, Preceptor Names, and Schedule Duration (sorted by the start date). This feature helps you quickly locate the information you need and stay organized

Comprehensive Dashboard of Student Schedules with Onboarding Metrics

We’ve enhanced the dashboard to give you a complete view of your student schedules and their onboarding progress, making it easier for you to ensure compliance and manage student data.

1. Onboarding Metrics:

Easily monitor the onboarding status of the students, through a donut chart portraying the Onboarding overview.

• Review in Progress: Track the students whose onboarding is currently under review.
• Compliant: See the students are fully compliant and ready for their schedules.
• Non-Compliant: Quickly identify students who haven’t met the onboarding requirements, allowing you to take prompt action.

You can also view the total number of non-compliant students, directly on the dashboard

You can click on each metric to dive deeper into the details, and the system will automatically filter the relevant data, allowing you to navigate seamlessly between the dashboard and specific schedules and onboarding screens.

Download School Requests and Schedules Data in Excel Format

To make managing and sharing your schedule report easier, we’ve added the ability to download schedules data in Excel format directly from the School Request and Schedules and Onboarding screens. This gives you quick access to detailed information for reporting, analysis, or collaboration with your team.

1. School Request Screen: The downloaded file will include data fields such as Availability Name, Experience Type, School Name, Requested Slots, Requested Date, Approved Info, Student Profile Shared, Partner Category, and Status.
2. Schedules Screen: Your Excel file will include fields such as Availability Name, Student Details, School Name, Preceptor, Availability Duration, Status, Student Email, Location Name and Address, Preceptor Email, Discipline, and Specialization.

Simply click the Export button  on the respective screen to export your data with all the relevant details included. A confirmation message will appear to let you know that the file is being prepared and will be available shortly.

Group-Level Communication with Schools

You can now communicate with schools directly at a group level for group schedules on the Schedules and Onboarding screen. With this update, you can send messages concerning the entire group by using the message icon against the group schedule row.

This feature makes it easier for you to send important group updates to schools, improving collaboration and reducing the time spent on individual messages.

Cloning Availabilities

Duplicating an availability made easier!! We’ve introduced a Clone option to streamline the availability creation process. Now, you can duplicate an existing availability with just one click.

1. Click the Clone icon next to the edit icon on the View and Track Availability screen.
2. A modal will appear with instant pre-population of all essential details, including location and description, automatically filled in.
3. You’ll be taken directly to the publish preferences tab. Just fill in the required details and click Save to complete the process, saving you valuable time.

More Relevant search results now!

We’ve enhanced the Search functionality to give you more accurate and relevant results at the top of your search list. Whether you’re searching for a specific availability, school request, or schedule, you’ll now be able to find the most important and relevant results more easily.

With these improvements, you can quickly access the information you need, making the search process more intuitive and user-friendly.
