What’s New in Exxat Talent?

Exxat Talent released a major update on September 16, 2024. Following are the details:

View Student Confirmation Status

Sites can now view when a student has been confirmed by their school. This feature helps streamline communication and coordination by providing immediate confirmation updates. 

The new status column in your schedule list provides an at-a-glance view of the student placement status:

• To be Scheduled: After you approve a slot request, the status will be "To be scheduled", provided the school had not included student profile while making that slot request.
• Not Confirmed: Once the school assigns a student to an approved slot or had included student details in the slot request, the status changes to "Not confirmed”.
• Confirmed: Once the school confirms a student on the schedule, the status updates to "Confirmed."

The confirmed students will now receive an email with an invitation link to log in and gain access to their schedule details.

Site Configuration

This section provides information about onboarding journey for sites.

Onboarding Configuration

We have introduced the ability to configure site-specific onboarding requirements and requirement groups directly from the backend. This includes setting up medical requirements such as students reviewing and attesting student compliance, student handbook, clinic dress code, harassment policy, immunization and confidentiality agreement.  

Once the confirmed students gain access to their schedules, they can start the fulfilment process of the onboarding requirements.

Schedules

This section provides enhancements related to schedules.

Status of the onboarding

Site users can view the onboarding status for all the schedules. This feature allows you to see the status of individual schedules where students are assigned, providing a comprehensive overview of onboarding progress.

• Non-compliant: The schedule status, reflecting that all the onboarding requirements are not fulfilled or approved yet.
• Compliant: Once all the onboarding requirements are fulfilled and approved, the student schedule status changes to “Compliant”.

Requirement-Specific Status View

Once a student submits onboarding requirements, the Exxat Onboarding review team can now access those submissions and review and update the requirement-specific statuses for schedules, which the site users can view as well. This includes viewing updates from the approval team, to ensure accurate status tracking based on workflows and reviewer updates.

Review Onboarding Requirements

This section provides enhancements related to review onboarding requirements.

Review and Override Capability

The review and approval of the onboarding requirements would be done by the Onboarding Review team.

Site users can review fulfilled onboarding requirements and override their statuses if needed. For instance, if a requirement is marked as approved but later needs to be declined, users can make this change. Overrides will trigger necessary workflows in CaaS to reflect the updated status, ensuring accurate compliance tracking.

Message Center

This section provides enhancements related to message centre.

Student Messaging

Site users can now send and receive messages from students regarding schedules.

Group Availability Creation

You can now create group availability more efficiently by selecting Group as the experience type. This feature simplifies the process of organizing and managing group availabilities.

Bulk Scheduling

We have added the ability to bulk schedule students directly from the review screen. This enhancement allows you to manage student schedules more efficiently and save time. 

Group Placement Status for schedule

Site users can view the schedule status of each student part of the group. . This feature provides visibility into the approval and compliance status of the scheduled students in a group.

Requirement-Specific Status View

We have implemented a feature that allows site users to view the onboarding requirement-specific approval status for group availabilities. This provides visibility into the approval status of onboarding requirements for students in a group.
