Dashboard
Dashboard offers a clear and comprehensive view of your program’s status, allowing you to monitor, analyse, and manage various aspects of availability, slot requests, and schedules.
The dashboard displays:
- Total Active Availability: Displays the number of availabilities currently active and available, giving a snapshot of ongoing opportunities within the program.
- Pending Slots Request: Displays the total number of slot requests that are still pending.
- Programs with Pending Slot Requests: Displays the lists of programs with outstanding slot requests, helping you identify which programs are waiting for slots to be allocated.
- Non compliant students: Displays the total number of students who are not yet compliant with the onboarding requirements of their schedules.
- Availability Overview: Displays a summary of the availability that includes status details such as Published, Unpublished, and Closed.
- Availability Performance Overview: Display how published availabilities are divided into those with requests and those without requests.
- Availability Slots Overview: Displays how requests for published availabilities are divided into Planned, Approved, and Assigned status.
- Displays the distribution and availability of slots, based on the order of information. This overview helps track the allocation and status of each slot.
- Onboarding Overview: Displays a summary of the onboarding of students that includes status details such as Compliant, Non-compliant, and Review in progress.
- Number of Availability by Location Groups: Displays published availabilities organized according to predefined location groups. You can combine multiple locations into a single group to get a consolidated view of the availability.
- Site Details: Displays information about the site’s configuration, such as the total number of locations, location groups, and site personnel, giving an overview of the site’s setup. It also displays the total number of students scheduled for the clinical rotations at the site.
