Search by School Name in the "School Request" Screen
Streamline your workflow with our enhanced search functionality. Easily pinpoint specific school requests by entering the school’s name in the search bar on the School Request screen. This feature allows for quick access to all relevant slot requests, saving you valuable time.
How It Works:
- Navigate to the "School Requests" screen.
- Enter the school’s name in the search bar.
- Instantly view all slot requests submitted by that school.
This enhancement makes it simple to find the information you need, streamlining your review process.
Request IDs for Better Slot Request Tracking
Slot request tracking has been enhanced with the introduction of automatically generated Request IDs, streamlining the management of school submissions.
Where You’ll See Request IDs:
- School Request Tab: Displayed with each of the slot requests under the School Requests tab in the View and Track Availability screen.
- School Request Screen:
- Grid View: Displayed under the Request ID column, corresponding to each school request
- Board View: Displayed on each request card below the availability name.
This enhancement simplifies request tracking and ensures accurate reference for all stakeholders.
Sorting on School Requests & Schedules and Onboarding Screens
Streamline your data management and analysis with the introduction of sorting capabilities on the following screens.
School Requests screen (Grid View): Streamline your workflow by utilizing the sorting function on the Availability Name column. This feature allows you to prioritize your tasks more effectively by organizing requests in alphabetical order.
Schedules and Onboarding Screen:
- Sort by Availability Name column in the schedule grid on the Individual and Group Schedules tab.
- Sort by Preceptor Name and Schedule Duration (sorted by the start date) on the group schedule tab.
The selected Board View on the School Requests screen, along with the applied column sorting on the School Requests, Schedules, and Onboarding screens, will now remain consistent as you navigate to other screens.
Raising Support tickets
For your convenience, we have implemented a 'Raise a Ticket' feature within Exxat One. This allows you to easily seek assistance and provide feedback directly within the platform.
Key Enhancements:
- Quick Access to Support: To access the new 'Raise a Ticket' window, click the Help (question mark) icon located in the top navigation bar.
- Multiple Ticket Categories: Choose from the following options:
- Report a Problem – If you encounter an issue while using Exxat One.
- Suggest a Feature – Contribute to the platform's enhancement by sharing your ideas.
- Ask a Question – Get help with any questions you have about Exxat One.
- Seamless Ticket Submission: Provide a title and detailed description of your issue. Attach any relevant files. Submit the ticket for review.
- Track Your Tickets: The 'My Tickets' tab provides a central location to view all submitted tickets, facilitating easy tracking and follow-up actions.
This enhancement makes it easier to get help and provide feedback, improving your overall support experience.

Days of the Week and Shift Details in the Schedules & Onboarding Screen
Enhanced schedule visibility is now available with the introduction of new "Shift" and "Days of the Week" columns in the Schedules grid. On the Schedules and Onboarding screen, each schedule row now clearly displays the associated shift and corresponding days of the week. This enhancement provides a clear overview of each schedule's shift and associated days, enabling more efficient schedule management.
Select Shift Timings Using a Time picker
We are pleased to announce an improvement in shift configuration accuracy and efficiency. When adding or editing shifts within the Site Configuration section's Availability details menu, a convenient time picker dropdown is now available for selecting shift start and end times.
New Time Picker Format:
Experience streamlined shift scheduling with our new dropdown feature. Pre-set timings in 24-hour format are readily available, eliminating the need for manual time entry and ensuring accuracy. This update enhances efficiency and consistency in managing shift schedules.
Viewing Assigned Clinical Instructor on Group Schedules
Group schedule management is now more efficient with enhanced transparency. The Group Schedules tab in the grid view provides a clear view of the clinical instructor accompanying students, improving overall efficiency.
What’s Included:
- The clinical instructor names are displayed under the group schedule, marked with a "Clinical Instructor" tag.
- In the grid view of group schedules, you can also view the clinical instructor details including the school they belong to and the schedule location.
- The onboarding statuses for the clinical instructor are displayed, showcasing stages such as...
- To Be Scheduled: Indicating that the school has not yet assigned a clinical instructor on the schedule.
- Invite Pending: Indicating that the school has assigned a clinical instructor but has not sent an invite to the instructor to join the platform.
- Invited: Indicating that the clinical instructor has been invited by the school.
- Non-Compliant: Indicating that the clinical instructor has started fulfilling the onboarding requirements for the schedule.
- Compliant: Indicating that all the onboarding requirements have been submitted by the clinical instructor and are approved.
- Once the clinical instructor has joined the platform, you can click on the onboarding status to view and track their onboarding progress.
- You can also communicate with the clinical instructor at the student-level on the group schedule and as well as at the instructor-level.
This feature helps you coordinate group schedules seamlessly by providing all the necessary information.
